I have cystic fibrosis so I don't absorb fat soluble vitamins properly (including vitamin A) which means I have to take a lot of it in supplement form to keep my levels in check, This product is high quality and available at an affordable price. I highly recommend.

My doctor recommended this product to me and it has increased my iron level and gave me the energy I was lacking. Definitely recommend however ask you doctor's advice first. Worked for me and I didn't have any stomach issues which other brand of iron have given me in the past.
