I have used Equate's Adults Woman's Formula Mutivitamin daily for years now. it is very effect. It helps me get the stuff I need that I don't get from not eating properly. :)

I bought these cause they where cheaper at the time. I regret buying these vitamins. They have a weird after taste. I don't know if its because I didn't drink a lot of water with it but it doesn't work well with my tummy.

I have tasted almost all the gummy vitamins available over the counter. I can honestly say that Nutrition Now Womens gummy vitamins have the BEST flavor. They don't have that yucky after taste that some vitamins have. They were soft and easy to eat.
