Shampoo is a hair care product used for the removal of oils, dirt, skin particles, dandruff, environmental pollutants and other contaminant particles that gradually build up in hair. Many people shampoo their hair every day but it is actually better to skip a day or two between shampooing to allow the natural oil in the hair to moisturize the hair and scalp. The goal is to remove the unwanted build-up without stripping out so much sebum as to make hair unmanageable. Shampoo is usually used with conditioner. They are two separate bottles but some come in one bottle as a 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner combo.

This shampoo is perfect for fine hair as it cleanses without weighing it down. It leaves my hair smooth and soft but not flyaway. It brightens my blonde colour too.

I absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner duo. The shampoo feels like it cleanses my scalp without stripping out my natural oils. The conditioner is very thick and moisturizing. The scent isn’t too strong and smells fresh.

I use this about once every 3 or 4 shampoos as a "detox" shampoo that gets rid of any build up and get a deeper clean. My hair feels very soft and light after. I usually shampoo with it TWICE - thats the game changer. For the price it's the best I've tried.

It does a fair job in toning my hair in between hair appointments, but the price point is too high. It also leaves a lot of residue on my scalp despite rinsing thoroughly. Stains hands/nails as well.
