Boutiques & Malls Reviews

"The Mall" is this mystical place where every teenage dream comes true:  meeting friends at The Mall, seeing a movie with a new boyfriend at The Mall, shopping for prom dresses at The Mall... One-stop shopping is only one of the many reasons we're drawn to these indoor and outdoor modern-day bazaars like moths to the flame.

As much as we love the reliability of finding our favourite brands on the ubiquitous mall directory boards, other shopping aficionados live for the hunt of the next great boutique.  Independent hat makers, curated dress boutiques, and only-found-here lingerie locales are the treasures that tempt these supporters of the local economy.  Expense, justified.

Some great B0G0 sales, I find is's so-so shopping. Some shoes are cheap & not worth the marked price. But they do a fair job of keeping up to date & trendy.

This place is no longer on Bayview ave. It's gone somewhere but have no idea where too. I loved this place. I shopped there all the time. It had some of the best jeans, casual wear and more really. I can't believe its not there.
American Apparel

Although the items can be a bit pricey, they are worth it, considering the fact that the clothes are not made in sweatshops and the quality is long lasting. The skirts and t shirts are my favourites but they have a lot of cute basics that can be mixed with pieces that I already...
The Glebe Emporium

The Emporium is a cute, fun place to lose yourself... or perhaps an afternoon. The massive array of kitchen accessories is positively mind boggling. The items are quite pricy, however. They are good brands... but are displayed in a fun way. All of the items that I have...

The guy that did my tattoo made feel like my tattoo was a waste of his time. His drawing was great but the tattoo is not very nice. When I went back to get if it fixed, again it was as if it was a waste of time. I see all his art and tattoo work he does and they are amazing! So...

I bought a light sweater shirt which had a fine knit pattern. Wore it once and within 2 hours, it started getting snags and pilling. I was not wearing velcrow or any other materials that would be causing such damage. Clearly there was little thought made into the quality of the...
