This company is the worst place to get your refill in ink cartridges. THey took 2 weeks, 2 phone calls and 1 unanswered email that they made a mistake on my order. 499ink realized that the company made a mistake. They did ship the ink cartlidge 24 hours later and now I have to wait 7- 10 days to get my ink. I ask them for a partial refund for their mistake and they gave me a 10% refund. So, they gave me 1.49 refund. Worst services, very expensive and dont answer their emails.
