Worst Dentice very poor customer service

Went to this surgery as was in need of a dentice so signed up to them and I must say wort dentice I have ever been to I have now been left disfigured because of their incompetence! I was told by the dentice who had a job to speak English that my tooth needed to be removed as he was unable to save it this was a load of crap as later that year I went to another dentice and they looked at the X-ray and said that it just needed to be capped not removed I am now so insecure because of my missing tooth and it has caused so much distress and upset! After this awful experience which left me leaving the surgery crying the next time I went he tried to remove another tooth that there was nothing wrong with it! When I refused he then called the dental manager and they both gave me attitude and told me that he knows best he is the dentice. I said no whilst in tears and later that week I had a letter to say I was no longer a patient at that surgery as I would have the work done I needed. Since then I have see. Two differ t dentice and they have all said that my tooth did not to be removed and the tooth that he wanted to remove on 2nd visor was nothing wrong with it
