amazon.com more rights than amazon.ca

American amazon.com lets users withdraw their balance to their bank account.
Canadian Amazon.ca does NOT let users withdraw.

This is extreme discrimination, and if it were any other 2 countries, it'd be classified as racist.

This is really unfair to let USA withdraw and not Canada. That's discrimination
