I like their selection, little pricey though. I bough few investment clothes and I have to say quality hasnt let me down. Their sale pieces are great too, just make sure you get there early, popular sizes disappear quickly.

Expensive, unless you are shopping the clearance racks. There clothing has gone hill. Seems like they are made cheaper & thin. Plus a lot more clothes that show lots of skin, I don't approve.

Is it just me or does anyone else think this store is too expensive? They don't have a very good selection of merchandise to choose from.

Posting a review for this store was kind of hard for me, Because I love it but at the same time it's hard to rate their prices. It really depends on what you are purchasing with weather the prices are going to be good or not, But honestly no matter what you buy it will be great quality. I haven't bought something from American Eagle that I haven't loved. Also everything is soft and comfy and it looks good but it also makes you feel good to wear it, and that's what a lot of people are looking for. I personally live in Canada, and here I haven't gone to a single store where the people who were working weren't helpful, and nice. I love shopping here, and I think I will be for a long time.

Obviously service depends on the store you go in so I won't say much about that. I am a pretty independent shopper anyways. The clothing is pretty good quality, I have never had any issues with the products. I mostly buy jeans from American eagle, as I like the stretch kind and the AE jeans fit me well. I always have to hem them (yes even short, I am 5'0), so I try to wait until they have a sale. They usually have sales on jeans pretty frequently so I stock up when I can! If you take good care of the jeans they will last you a long time. Too pricey to buy at full price though, especially when I have to pay to hem!

I have a ShopRunner account, so I am blessed with free 2-day shipping at the online store. Even without it, I was shopping here all the time. You can almost always find a great deal in the clearance section, they run wonderful sales, and always have clothing that my family likes. They are pretty good quality and I never have a problem with the clothes changing in the wash. On top of that, they have real sizes. When you get a large it is going to fit like a women's or men's large instead of being so form fitting and tiny that only the smallest people can fit into it (not to call out another big bird brand).

Only buy jeans from here. Find that they fit well and feel comfortable. Usually buy them when they got on sale and the sale prices are pretty good.

I find the quality of material very flimsy and cheap. It's not for me or my 19 year daughter.

The styles at American Eagle are nice, but it's a bit pricey. However, they do have deals and sales often, like 40% off the whole entire store, so I'd recommend buying then.

Love the clothing, but this place is way over priced.
