These guys aren't perfect, and they sell a lot of preppy stuff (which isn't my cup of tea), but it's worth it if it's your style. Even though I don't dress in a preppy fashion, I have purchased skirts or a dress from there before. They aren't really overpriced per se, but they are still expensive. Some things are cheaper than others though which works for me. Sometimes the staff seems stuck up, other times the staff is super friendly. It all depends on who's working.
