Aritiza used to be one of my go to stores! They used to carry the newest trends first, and I always got the greatest services.

In the past few months, I always seem to walk out without purchasing anything. I find they don't have the new trends as quickly as they used to...and they never have my size in anything which is generally a medium.

The service is over kill! I'll take a shirt off the rack for a millisecond and the associate is there asking if I want to start a change room. I haven't even gotten the chance to really look at the article of clothing yet. It makes me feel uncomfortable.

Overall, Aritzia used to be my number one store, but it's lost a place in my wardrobe lately.

So the sales people tend to be "too much". the clothing is usually very hipster and follows the trends at the time. the main issue is that it is very expensive. yes the quality is decent, however still overpriced. especially for items that will go out of style in a few months

I often find items I love in Aritzia but it is very expensive. I can usually find the same items online for much cheaper

Over priced, even when its on sale.

Was really excited when Aritzia came to town but now everyone has found it (especially since they added the second ottawa location) and they have pretty much the same merchandise as when they opened years and years ago (they keep pumping out the same styles and now everyone in town looks the same). Only the prices have changed, and not for the better unfortunately. It's still a great place to visit and pick up the occasional piece, just not as exciting as it used to be.
