Had the store manager yell at me

I was walking into the restaurant to grab some lunch to go but before doing so I grabbed a straw for my drink I purchased elsewhere ( I find the coffees a little too strong at aroma). Before I could even get a look at the menu and get in line, I had the lady working run over to me from behind the cash and start yelling at me in front of customers saying how dare I take a straw and bring another drink from another restaurant into the store ( keep in mind this restaurant is in a mall and I was getting something to go!) I apologized to her and told her I was buying something and she just said “ it’s the principal, it’s the principal, think next time) I’ve bought food and drink from this store numerous times as well as promoted them on my social media. I’ll never come to this location as well as advise other to do so as well.

Cappuccino & Cake at the mall....

Cappuccino was piping hot (just how I like it!) and the cake was delicious. Orange coconut pound cake. Not dry - very fresh. Service at the Oshawa Centre is always great....really lovely lady working behind the counter who always has a nice smile for her customers. Much appreciated.
