Avoid at all costs!! The staff is fabulous, but the owner, Cathy Potvin is a horrible shrew who treats her clients like dirt. I have had her personally lie to me on at least 4 occasions, deny that she had promised to provide a service at a certain price (even though that price was quoted in front of an employee who was too afraid to contradict her) and refuse to even respond to a polite email and phone call.
