Seems Aveda generally has a high staff turnover, but this one guy has been in the last few times we were there - and everyone left in good spirits. Go see Wellesley (spelling?) - he seems to want to be sure you leave with what you need.

The last purchase I made was this per-fume with custom oils, and every time I spritz it on it is just such a perfect mood lifter ... and fire starter!

They also keep the store really clean, which is nice. As it is to just walk in and have a tea and be zen for a second.
