Excellent claims service

I have all my insurance with Aviva and I am very happy with this company. Aviva has a website that provides a variety of services such as quotes, additional insurance packages and great claims service. 24 hours claims services. I love this feature as I can file a new claim online anytime and within 24 hours, i am contacted by an adjuster. Great customer service, great rates and coverages with user friendly website. One stop shop for all your insurance needs. I have referred many people to this company and never had a complaint. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Do not ever go with this company

Terrible customer service. Least timely effective establishment I have ever had to interact with. They do not care about your family your houses your cars. They don't care about anything. They showed zero care or consideration. They left my vehicle after it being in a accident for weeks. They did not cover a single thing and I was sappose to have full coverage . Nightmare to deal with .
