i love this place! there are so many options to choose from! and 90% of the products smells great (well, we have different sense of smell) they also offer a lot of good deals! the service is great, too. whenever i go to this store, they always inform me of the good deals that i could get, that we customers might not know of.

An exciting store to shop at that have the best prices for the sweetest smelling products. Deals, deals and more deals have you purchasing more than you need but it doesn't matter because everything is useful and you must have it. A large selection of items that come in collections that make great gifts. I always enjoy shopping there and finding something new to try.

Don't get me wrong, I love B&BW;products...However, pretty much every time I go in there I feel like I get bombarded by their sales people. They ask "What brings you in today?" I say "Oh, just browsing..." They go "Well, what scents do you like...?" "Do you like this?" "This one smells FANTASTIC!" "We have buy 2 get 2 free!" "Here, smell this!"...GAH. I literally feel like I can never just shop in peace. Even if they see me smelling a candle they run over to me..."OH IF YOU LIKE THAT CANDLE COME AND SMELL THIS ONE!" Honestly I just want to smell candles in peace. It has made me avoid going in there sometimes. There's a fine line between good customer service and just way too much. My fiance and I joke that the workers are all robots, programmed to bother you.

BBW is one of my favourite stores I loves their candles/ lotion and love their body mist .most of their items are priced at reasonable rate plus they come up very good sale every week . customer service is awesome
