Great store with great employees. They have a lot of different scent. it's amazing

When i'm shopping i always buy things from there.I love going into this store. They have some amazing scents and are always introducing new ones. They seem to always have a sale on and will give you coupons at each visit, so we never pay full price.

Great store with great selection. But someone like me with sensitivity to fragrance, this store is too overpowering with perfume and you can smell the store from blocks away. And allot of the time the staff are annoying.

The have any amazing variety of scents . They have a new collection every season.

This is one of my favorite mall stores. The service is wonderful and the products are good quality. My only complaint is that if I stay to long I get a headache. I' not sure what they could do about that - maybe have better ventilation. I love their lotions and candles!!!

We finally got a Bath & Body Works in Fredericton, and it was soo worth the wait. The products are absolutely incredible, and the prices are even better. You can always find a great deal. But, customer service needs work.

I've always been a big fan of BBW, I even had a part time job at the one that opened up in my city. My favourite scents are Cucumber Melon, Sea Island Cotton, and The Paris Collection, and Manicure in a Minute (True Blue Spa). The downside to the store (especially since I had to do this while working) was the clingyness factor of the employees. I know they are told by management to approach every since customer, and re-approach them throughout the store. They even have to speak to one another over headsets about certain customers. As an employee, I had many customers get very frustrated about and actually leave the store. As a customer, I now tell the employees I currently work in a BBW so I know all the products and where they are located. As soon as I say this, I am never approached again....they tell all the other staff members on floor to not approach me because I am an 'employee'. I know many people who no longer shop there just because of this reason.

I have to admit, I have a secret addiction to BBW hand soaps! Cupboard underneath my kitchen sink is stock full of all different scents, seasonal decorative bottles. When a new one comes out....I have to have it! I do prefer the foaming hand soaps. They seem to last longer than the regular liquid soap. Plus is that the kids love the scents.....and dont' complain about having to wash their hands! Very affordable when you catch them on sale.....and they make an awesome gift!!

Right now we have Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin - in a jack-o-lantern dispenser of course, and Carmel Apple in the kitchen.
