Love the candles!! make great gifts. They almost all smell amazing.

One of my favourite stores. I was thrilled when they finally started opening here. I stock up over the Holidays (those are my favourite scents) with all the soap and such I might need for the rest of the year. And no matter how many times I wash my hands, they don't get dry and red.

Am not impressed by service part given by them . u need to look aroung to find stuff. But great deal and great product. love to gift those products

Don't get me wrong, I love B&BW;products...However, pretty much every time I go in there I feel like I get bombarded by their sales people. They ask "What brings you in today?" I say "Oh, just browsing..." They go "Well, what scents do you like...?" "Do you like this?" "This one smells FANTASTIC!" "We have buy 2 get 2 free!" "Here, smell this!"...GAH. I literally feel like I can never just shop in peace. Even if they see me smelling a candle they run over to me..."OH IF YOU LIKE THAT CANDLE COME AND SMELL THIS ONE!" Honestly I just want to smell candles in peace. It has made me avoid going in there sometimes. There's a fine line between good customer service and just way too much. My fiance and I joke that the workers are all robots, programmed to bother you.

I love B & BW for their foaming hand wash - it's the only one I purchase. It always makes me feel clean, and comes in so many great scents.

I also love their little handy travel sized antibacterial instant hand sanitizers.

I love that they match their scents across mediums - hand soap, cream, shower gels... it is nice to not have to be mixing scents all the time. Their prices for individual products is a little high, but they often have sales with cheaper prices for buying multiple items.
Love the scents they have, just sometimes they are a little too strong.
I love that they take SPC cards in Ontario!

I love this store. they have great products. Love their 3 wick candles. and Kitchen soaps.

I love this store for three reasons only, the soap that works great and smells amazing, the candles , and the girly smells. However I can't stand the prices, 22.50 for candles is a bit much, the products are mass made which means they have a lot more chemicals and other ingredients that aren't the best for your skin. I also find that everything smells the same after a while.

Bath & Body Works came to Canada for the first time ~ 5 years ago. It has been a hit with Canadians long before they opened here. We would travel to the States to shop and it was a must on our list to stock up on all the current body washes, hand soaps and anything else we could find that was a great deal or different. Now they have been open in Canada for awhile it seems like the stock style, scents etc has been changed several times and its hard to find those products that you fell in love with so long ago. Not sure why they keep changing things so rapidly, I find that I get hooked on a scent, then they discontinue it. I find this frustrating and a lot of the new scents smell the same or sometimes like plastic. However that being said they have a great return policy. A product can be returned at any time. Even it has been used once or 10 times and you now don't like it - you can return it for a full refund or exchange. That is great customer service.
