I love this store. You walk in and there's this heavenly smell from inside the store. I've given their products as gifts and everyone loved them. They have a large assortment of scents and great deals around the holiday.

Bath and Body Works is the best i love it and you could get good sales and events.

Bath & Body Works came to Canada for the first time ~ 5 years ago. It has been a hit with Canadians long before they opened here. We would travel to the States to shop and it was a must on our list to stock up on all the current body washes, hand soaps and anything else we could find that was a great deal or different. Now they have been open in Canada for awhile it seems like the stock style, scents etc has been changed several times and its hard to find those products that you fell in love with so long ago. Not sure why they keep changing things so rapidly, I find that I get hooked on a scent, then they discontinue it. I find this frustrating and a lot of the new scents smell the same or sometimes like plastic. However that being said they have a great return policy. A product can be returned at any time. Even it has been used once or 10 times and you now don't like it - you can return it for a full refund or exchange. That is great customer service.

Bath & Body Works is one of my favorite stores in the mall! They have so many items to choose from, that I could spend hours just looking! Different scents, fragrances, lotions, sprays and much much more! I really like the purse size anti-bacterial hand sanitizers and they are so cute and trendy and can easily be attached to your purse.

The lotions are amazing and there are so many to choose from. Very friendly service and atmosphere

I really love this store! Such great service and the products are to die for. Always have everything I am looking for and are so helpful! I love the candles and the wall flower plug ins!!

The girls at the Fort Smith AR store (in Central Mall) go above and beyond to make your shopping experience a great one - they're quick to help, friendly, accommodating, and will leave you alone if you want them to (which is a plus when you just want to wander around and sniff everything). They're super with returns and trade-ins as well...no questions asked, just go grab whatever you want and they'll get it done for you. I've rarely ever come across anything out of stock, and when it has happened, they've immediately offered to hold one for me as soon as new stock arrives. Probably the best trained staff I've ever encountered.

I enjoy shopping here, especially when they have sales on. Every Christmas I go there and stock up for gifts. A great place for stocking stuffers.

Whenever Bath and Body Works has sales, it is completely worth it, I've bought my hand soap there for years because it smells fantastic, lasts me for a long time and washes off real nice. Their prices alone make it worth it since the quality is worth it, I love their lotion too, I have never had any reactions to any of their products despite the fact that I have sensitive skin, which is lovely in and of itself. It's not the healthiest thing for your skin, but their products do the trick and their staff, as far as I have seen, are always very friendly and helpful if you need assistance.

Fabulous scented candles and sprays. The soaps are lovely too! I really like the seasonal candles, I always stock up on my favorites to last me a few extra months. I only buy the candles when they have promotions on, too expensive to pay otherwise!
