Although they make the area fun for kids, the actual hair cut they receive is poor.

My son is terrified of getting his hair cut so he cried the whole time (he didn't move his head, just cried), but I would think that they would be used to it.

The hair cut he received on 2 different occassions (we felt that we would give them another try after the first time) were choppy, chunks were taken out in multiple places on his hair and overall, he looked better with a shaggy hair style that he had before.

The staff was friendly and they did try to make my son comfortable, and he enjoyed the ball pit that was there, I will give them credit for that, but what I went there for was a hair cut for my son, and I left dissapointed both times. Next time I will do his hair myself or take him to a different salon.
