It was my go to store for my oldest daughter going off to University and it is always been mine for as long as they have been in Canada. I know they have been in Business for over forty years, but I am not sure how long in Canada. They have everything you could want all in one location for the home. If you can't get out of the house for some reason, they have online shopping (the online team is extremely nice and helpful) The store will gladly accept competitors coupons so they can price match. Their return policy is probably one of the best I have ever dealt with. They recently changed their policy and now you need to show your original receipt in order to receive a refund or exchange, but I think that is more than fair. If a product you purchased goes on sale later on, they will give you the difference. The sales people are so nice but not pushy and will go the extra mile for you if you can't find what you were looking for. I also love their 20% off coupons that come in the mail or you can sign up for their emails and receive coupons and suggestions. They also have many different items that you cannot find elsewhere.

Im addicted to this store!!! Some of the items can be found a lot cheaper in other stores, but nonetheless this is a great store!!!

I like retailers that have a fairly well-organized web-site. Too many US based companies have useless Canadian versions of their web-sites. BBB also has good online support. Their selection is good, and they will often carry products not commonly available elsewhere. I do find them priced on the high side, so try to combine purchases with the 20% coupon. I recently ordered 2 expensive chairs online, and unfortunately they were defective. When I went to return them, I had a hard time getting all my money back. (I guess they had gone on sale in the two weeks since I ordered them). Luckily I had my receipt, otherwise I would have been shortchanged $200! At first, they weren't going to refund the $28 shipping charges, but I said the product was defective...so they gave it to me. But, I wouldn't order online again. Which is a shame, as there is no BBB in my town, and I have to travel aways to shop in person.

I love this store you can literally find anything and everything you need. The one by my place in Vancouver doesn't have very many staff because it's almost impossible to find help, but i can spend hours in there just shopping around. I do find them a bit over priced compared to other stores as the products they do carry I can often find cheaper somewhere else. But overall it's a great go to store for products that may be tough to find somewhere else

This store has a large selection of products to choose from. Quality items that give your home that special touch. I always find that the staff is friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices for something that you won't find everywhere else. Organized store with shelves that are clean and well stocked.

I bought a bed in a bag from Bed Bath and Beyond Canada. The quality is great and it is super comfortable. I also find that the products they keep in store are of great quality.

I came to Bed Bath & Beyond a couple of weeks ago to purchase a gift for my cousins bridal shower. The store had SO many products. It has a great selection and helpful staff.
