Scammers with poor results

Lack of transparency with their clients. They will lie to your face and then take your money. The treatment results are poor and the price is ridiculously high. Waste of money and time!

Terrible customer service

Would STRONGLY advise against Bellair Laser Clinic due to their customer service practices.

I purchased my second package (of 5 sessions) from them in late 2019. I was not informed that packages expire, nor was this policy on my receipt. The office closed multiple times in 2020 and 2021 and due to pregnancy and breastfeeding, I was unable to use my sessions until recently. When I called to book an appointment, I was told my package had expired and to reach out for the Director, Oscar, to get it reinstated.

He told me the package had expired, to look at the policy on my receipt (which had no policy on it!) and there was nothing he could do about it. Again, due to pandemic, pregnancy and breastfeeding, I wasn’t able to use. I’m now out over $1000.

Terrible customer service. As I look through these Yelp reviews, I’m not the only one who experienced this issue. Would strongly recommend to avoid spending your hard earned money here.

Would definitely recommend Bellair Laser Clinic to anyone who wants to get laser treatment done. Excellent, professional service in a clean and well-maintained environment. The equipment is state-of-the-art and the results are amazing.

Chose Bellair Laser Clinic for Hair Removal. The quality and expertise was like none other. They are experienced staff with knowledge to answer any questions. They do not try to pressure you for anything other than what you want and provide you with a comfortable environment. I had no doubts ... they are the real deal! Recommend this to everyone.

Coolsculpting worked well for me. I am not a lazy guy. I work out everyday for 1 hour a day but I my lower back fat would not go away. It made me nuts! My pants would always fall off and stick out of my shirt. I was looking up fat loss treatments and found Bellair. I went for the free assessment or consultation along with consultations at some other places and was most impressed with the clinic and time they took with me. I ended up doing 2 rounds of coolsculpting 4 applicators. It as been only 2 months and I can already see a huge difference.

Please do not waste your money here! I had the worst experience getting laser hair removal. I was quite nervous about getting my Brazilian done for the first time. The consultant I had met with had reassured me that the staff were well trained. What a lie! The nurse I was paired up with was horrible. She looked disgusted at me throughout the whole appointment and made rude comments. She acted like she did not want to be there and that providing me this service was a disgusting experience for her. I have never been so humiliated in my entire life. I brought it up with management but they did absolutely nothing and said "they do not offer free treatments". 0/5 please don't waste your hard earned money to a bunch of people who will treat you like you're worth nothing.

Amazing place for laser hair removal! The prices are competitive and the service fantastic. You can tell they have been doing laser hair removal for years! They are pioneers in Toronto. Winners of the consumers choice award for 3 consecutive years for laser hair removal is no small feat! I only started my under arms but I'm excited to start my legs in the new year! Why shop around? Good reputation, good prices, excellent service, what more can you ask?!

Awesome place for anti-aging! I got a laser genesis facial and photofacial. My skin looks flawless 2 days after the treatment. It was a little more than I expected to spend but I'm totally hooked now that I've started. What's more important beautiful skin where I don't need to wear make-up or a new purse? You decide chicks! I made my choice!

If you’re anything like me, always trying to tighten those small fatty spots but no matter how much you work out you can’t, then I recommend this treatment for you. It is called Liposonix and you can have it done at a number of places in Toronto. Advertised as fat reduction treatment, it is somewhat painful but worth it. I chose to do it at Bellair laser clinic at their yonge and eglington location. The price was competitive and the treatment was done by a nurse who, although somewhat chatty, did a great job and seemed to care about my discomfort. I arrived on time and was given a sedative that made me relax , ( Tylenol 3) . Don’t take anything more. I don’t do these types of treatments often, but glad to have gone for liposonix. I can see some difference already . Maximum results supposed to wait 8 weeks, and it has been only 3 weeks. Keeping my fingers crossed. Bellair is also nice and friendly.
