Scammers with poor results

Lack of transparency with their clients. They will lie to your face and then take your money. The treatment results are poor and the price is ridiculously high. Waste of money and time!

Terrible customer service

Would STRONGLY advise against Bellair Laser Clinic due to their customer service practices.

I purchased my second package (of 5 sessions) from them in late 2019. I was not informed that packages expire, nor was this policy on my receipt. The office closed multiple times in 2020 and 2021 and due to pregnancy and breastfeeding, I was unable to use my sessions until recently. When I called to book an appointment, I was told my package had expired and to reach out for the Director, Oscar, to get it reinstated.

He told me the package had expired, to look at the policy on my receipt (which had no policy on it!) and there was nothing he could do about it. Again, due to pandemic, pregnancy and breastfeeding, I wasn’t able to use. I’m now out over $1000.

Terrible customer service. As I look through these Yelp reviews, I’m not the only one who experienced this issue. Would strongly recommend to avoid spending your hard earned money here.

Lasers - fraxels are performed by uncertified unlicensed untrained unprofessional amateur staff. It is certain that the positive reviews are not legit - google search and this is the top hit, they invest on digital advertising so well that you might be convinced yourself. Proceed at your own risk

Please do not waste your money here! I had the worst experience getting laser hair removal. I was quite nervous about getting my Brazilian done for the first time. The consultant I had met with had reassured me that the staff were well trained. What a lie! The nurse I was paired up with was horrible. She looked disgusted at me throughout the whole appointment and made rude comments. She acted like she did not want to be there and that providing me this service was a disgusting experience for her. I have never been so humiliated in my entire life. I brought it up with management but they did absolutely nothing and said "they do not offer free treatments". 0/5 please don't waste your hard earned money to a bunch of people who will treat you like you're worth nothing.
