The review by Xena is spot-on. I was told that the make-up element of the deal (mine only cost $56 for the same 17 services that Xena got) would include a lesson (which I actually really need). When I got there I was told that the person who sold me the thing had misrepresented the package. They said there was nothing they could do about it but call the sales company and have them contact me.
Even without that frustration, it was kind of a weird experience from the moment I walked in. The staff seemed indifferent (or is that "cool"?); they hardly looked at me.
I'm not looking forward to the rest, especially after finding that Xena was unimpressed with her haircut. Like she said, too good to be true.
