I was looking for a certain item around Christmas time for my child. And they were the only one who had it. And it was on sale. So I went to buy it online (don't have best buy where i live) and, they did not accept Visa debt! That was so disappointing. They were the first stop for online shopping that did not accept Visa debt yet. They really need to get one that! And their packages tracking did not update at all.

Prefer to buy online with them, but they often have good deals on electronics, especially if you go with refurbished. Good store with a lot of choice and average service!

Staff never help when your looking for something specific, even when the store isn't busy. They're always talking to one another. Pricing is okay. Cashiers are nice.

im always happy going here. the staff isnt working on commision so they arent hounding you. i always find what i need here.

I have bought a few electronics here and I have been pretty happy with them. The service is ok, the prices can be pretty expensive. I like that they have stuff on display so you can play with it and see if it's the right product for you.

Not sure if it was just the experience I had but I was shopping for a very expensive present to get my lol for her birthday and I didn't know a lot about the item (camera). I was approached by an employee and asked if I needed any help. I started asking a bunch of questions and realized the employee knew less than I did. I don't shop there often so I was very disappointed. Wish I had a better experience!
