I like the products and the sales at best buy but the staff aren't the greatest. Its hard to find someone to help you and once you do they tend to be of little assistance. The cashiers are generally nice but the floor people aren't.

Staff never help when your looking for something specific, even when the store isn't busy. They're always talking to one another. Pricing is okay. Cashiers are nice.

With their Geek Squad there is always tech help at your service. The prices are reasonable and most products have a good manufacturers guarantee. You can also purchase extended warranties on most items. A great place to shop for electronics.

I bought my son a phone there. The service was terrible. The man helping me put the phone plan in my name after I repeatedly asked to have it in my dons name. He was more interested in what else he could sell me than helpung me with the phone my son wanted.

Not sure if it was just the experience I had but I was shopping for a very expensive present to get my lol for her birthday and I didn't know a lot about the item (camera). I was approached by an employee and asked if I needed any help. I started asking a bunch of questions and realized the employee knew less than I did. I don't shop there often so I was very disappointed. Wish I had a better experience!

I buy a lot of stuff from Best Buy. They usually have better prices than other stores, and a lot more items/brands available. I bought my last 3 TV's from there, and when I've had a problem and have had to return it, there's been no issues.
