I've been to best buy several times and they have good prices and good merchandise. There was only once I dealt with a rude worker so I can't say that the customer service is bad because of one person. Good store over all.

Because sales people are not on commission, there is no pressure to sell. They are always knowledgeable,
patient, helpful & friendly. Even the Geek Squad will give advice if asked. I have always had a problem solved by someone at no charge. I shop online & reserve the item at the store where I can see it, get more info before I buy. Have bought 2 desktops, 1 laptop, a 3-in-1 printer, a scanner & a camera in the last 8 years -- all on sale online.
Their website now sells a lot of non-electronic stuff at great prices as well!

I went to look at prices for a new laptop. I had a lot of questions, but wasn't planning on buying. The man that helped me was great. He came to ask if I needed help within 1 minute of me arriving in his department. He was able to answer all of my questions, but one. The one question he didn't know, he went to the manager of the department and found out the answer. I was so impressed with his help and honest answers that I decided to buy. The computer he recommended did everything he said it would and more. All i can say is Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
