Great customer service

I was greeted right away and was escorted to the tv department where the sales associate help me with choosing a tv. He was very knowledgable. He even helped me bring it to the car and put it in the car as well. Will def return to the store in the future.

A good electronics store

Best buy is awesome especially when i need something specific i cant find in other stores. their products are really good quality but they are a bit pricey. The customer service employees are incredible and they always have the right answers and incredible advice.

Anytime i go into a Best Buy I always receive amazing customer service. it doesn't matter if I'm looking for a new TV, cell phone, or just have some questions I'd like the answers to. Their staff is always on it and give me honest and simple answers / solutions to my issues. They have also made some really great recommendations and have always steered me in the right direction when trying to make a decision.

The Nintendo/video game section could offer more options/products, but the service is great! I have returned 2 items here (in a 2 year period) and have had zero problems in doing so! Great customer service! The prices are ok. Not too high, but not too low, either. The website is great, I love being able to order from the website, as well as the ability to reserve an item on the website and go pick it up in store. A++

The Best Buy agents in Charlottetown PEI spent 2.5 hours to help find my son the best laptop in his price range before going off to college. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Very satisfied with products. Prices are tough to beat. We just bought an open box stove, and they offer a good price plus a good price for the guarantee, which covers almost everything.

I like this store for buying electronics. They have a great selection of lots of products and they offer great service in their store and they have a good app to look up prices on merchandise they sell online and in their store. I would recommend shopping there for good electronic selection.

I'm not even sure how to describe best buy anymore. It sells everything, from computers and televisions to toasters and baking equipment. Although I don't go as often as I used to when I owned a prepaid cell phone, I still enjoy buying things that I need: like a tripod for my camera and various DVD gifts for friends.

I think buying online through Amazon or Ebay is cheaper in most instances, but if you need it right now and like to browse, I would definitely recommend Best Buy.
