I wish I could give this "spa" 0 stars but I can't. I cannot even call it a spa. The place is called "Best Massage Deal" and has four location in Mississauga and Toronto.

This place was unprofessional at best. The massage therapist I had was grossly untrained, at one point she was doing some sort of a Karate chop on my neck, which was not pleasant or therapeutic. My neck still hurts from her "massage". She said this was a Swedish massage, but I have received many massages in the past, Swedish and otherwise and there was nothing similar to a Swedish massage.

The spa was loud (talking, and loud ethnic pop music) that did not make it relaxing or pleasant experience once again.

The "massage therapist" was asking me personal questions and not related to my medical history or injuries, which are reasonable. She questioned my degree of speaking English as well as my background and many other personal inquiries that were not warranted in the situation.

The "spa" only takes cash, for all their services, and does not have a POS or Moneris machine. You can't pay by Debit or Credit for any services. Does this sound shady to anyone? Considering this is 2016, and people rarely carry $50 or more cash?

In short, please don't go here. You might walk out with an injury or just a really bad massage. It is not worth it! There are many lovely and professional spas, on Groupon and outside, which will give a proper and therapeutic massage.
