If you need to get in shape, want to try a new workout and or to meet new people while doing something good for yourself you have to try Bikini Bootcamp. They are 4-8 week programs that meet twice a week and run you through a "boot camp" style workout outside. In 8 weeks my body totally changed and I worked harder than I ever have before. They have classes in the different quadrants of the city, in different parks. They also have workouts for different fitness levels, as well as pre and post natal. Completely worth the investment and I highly recommend checking them out!
