I had received Birks necklace for my 25 years of service with the company I hd worked for. It was a beautiful heart necklace wit white gold. I had a problem with the clasp and took it into Brks for them to fix it.. Service was great... no problems Love the products and wish I could have bought up the store...

Birks is a great store to go to if you want really high end jewelry. The quality is excellent and they have a really nice selection that can appeal to all ages. They have amazing diamonds and the craftsmanship is excellent. They also have cute baby and children jewelry. Good place to buy a string of pearls for your mom or a watch for your BF, but very pricy.
