Great location but hard to find. I was 30 minutes late to my appointment because I couldn't find the place and then had to wait, which was understandable but annoying. I got two piercings that were seriously overpriced. When I had called earlier I wasn't given the price of the jewelry, just the piercing. I assumed if it was done well it would be worth it. I ended up paying $140 for a helix and navel piercing, plus the cost of the cleansing solution, which they push really hard. The workers, Josh and Ion, were really nice, fun guys who took their time, but really eased my anxiety. The real issue I take with this studio is that my navel piercing was done incorrectly. The barbell placed in my navel piercing was FAR too short, not because it was an irregular size but because the space between the entry and exit holes was more than it should've been. Even after this expensive piercing, I had to go to a local piercer to have my belly ring removed and replaced with a longer one. This cost me more money and wasted my time. Not to mention that if I hadn't been paying attention I could've ended up with permanent hypertrophic scarring, infection, and/or a rejected piercing. Now I will have to find jewelry with longer bars, which is annoying. The piercer, Ion, had to have known because he had lots of trouble screwing the ball onto the piercing. Typically the first piece of jewelry put in after a piercing should leave room for swelling too. I'm sure some of their piercings go well, and I can't speak for their tattoos, but friendliness can't make up for inadequate, negligent work, especially if it so grossly overpriced.
