I recently moved to the south west side of Edmonton and was searching for a new yoga studio. I came across Bliss and fell in love. On one side of the building spa services are offered. The other side is a yoga studio with two rooms (one hot, one not). The interior design of the studio is fantastic. The locker rooms have electronic locks. The room has dots on the floors to guide the clients on how to arrange their yoga mats. It is never over crowded. At the end of a tough class a cold lemongrass towel is given to each participant to place over their face or on their neck. It is a fabulous way to finish the class. The classes are more expensive then other studios I have attended. Worth the splurge every once and awhile. I'm looking forward to my next class at Bliss!
