Is it real to leave a duplicate review?

I get my own experience with their subsidiary business - bd, and I'm quite satisfied it.
The only thing that makes me sad is the customer service, It works as bad in bloomex as on bd. I think this is same lane.
Anyway, My order done and delivered in maximum 4 stars, but I still love prices there, so I get 5 only in this position.

Easy promotion, eh?.. I think they found me because I always ordered only with coupons. Still... Company is legit, and why not? This is my 8th time, and I never had a pleasure to write some words about.

Why is it always good for me, and is complete fail for others? Myabe, because my friend is a local florist (no names, sorry) who is hired by blmx, or any other reason, but my flowers always fresh.

I can say that Bloomex managed to pleasantly surprise me. This is the first time I ordered flowers from them on my sister's birthday. Everything was delivered on time.

I've ordered from Bloomex a 4 or 5 times in the last 7 months.
The web-site is very easy to use and they have such beautiful flowers.
They provides a superb selection of flowers to choose from.
Really like using to send friends and family flowers and gifts.
It is a pity that sometimes people complain about the quality of delivery.
