Definitely underwhelming. I'm not sure how I feel about the 2 hours it took for our manicure/pedicure....on the one hand it is nice to feel that you are not being rushed, but at Sugar Moon, it felt like a long 2 hours as the staff were not all that polished...speaking of polish...mine lasted for one day (keep in mind that I did no cooking/dishes etc). The polish chipped much too quickly and easily. If my polish is simply to chip, I would prefer not to have invested the 1 hour in the manicure...other than the durability, it was not applied all that well, it looked like different colours due to the coats not being applied evenly. It was also not applied close enough to the cuticles and my cuticles dried out the next day again (did I mention that I did no housework after?). On the plus side, they did treat us nicely, took our coats, put them back on, put our socks and shoes on which is a lovely touch and not a service routinely offered. All in all though, I will not be going back...
