I have given Boston Pizza a chance about 5 times. I have also been to different locations each time. The food and the service are terrible. The food is always stale, flavourless and cold. The service is slow and the servers are not warm or welcoming at all. they seem like they hate their jobs. The prices are pretty comparable to any other American casual chain restaurant. I will never be back there.
