I ordered the Baked Seven Cheese Ravioli in Tomato Mariana sauce, as I usually do when I go to a Boston Pizza (I will admit that I am a creature of habit sometimes). I do not eat beef, and was quite discussed when my pasta arrived in Beefy Bolognese sauce instead of that I had ordered. When the waiter arrived she offered to have them make a new one, which came out in another sauce, but it was not Mariana. This one had red bell peppers in it, which I am allergic to. Thankfully I noticed it before I ate any, and when I asked the server about it she argued with me saying that it was a Tomato Mariana sauce and that there were no peppers, only tomatoes. I had to pull one out of the sauce and show it to her before she would believe me. Finally, they made my pasta in Alfredo sauce instead, which I was able to eat. Nobody apologized for the mixup, but in the end I was not billed for that pasta. It was a full hour from when I ordered to when a dish that I was able to eat was presented to me. I have never had this problem at a Boston Pizza before, but I will defiantly not be returning to this location.
