I really enjoy going there, I love that they have vegetarian options. And they have a wide variety of different food. The prices are kind of high, but for the most part you get what you pay for. I would definitely go there again.

Its a toss up. I love their chicken peacan salad, but every time I order it they screw something up. They forget the chicken or the pecans...their food is over priced but when it does arrive and is right, its good. I also really like Jim Treliving so I go to support him. He is a kind man. I just wish his servers and chefs represented that.

I have been to several Boston Pizzas in Yellowknife, NT, several locations in BC and a couple in Alberta and they all have the same things in common. 1) Mediocre food. Each time I have ordered I have been underwhelmed. 2) Poor service. At each location we had mixed up or forgotten orders as well as waiting extremely long for our food and for the bill to come. 3) Price. For what we are getting, the prices are far too high and not worth it.

Not a fan.. had a few bad experiences with poor food quality. They are pricey and could do a lot better!!

Have been to the grimsby location several times and had delivery several times. Food is always cold and mushy when delivered and always forget something. In the restaurant isn't any different. Not the best service and over priced.

I wouldn't recommend Boston Pizza. I have been a few times, to locations in Toronto, Windsor and Wasaga Beach. I always have difficulty finding something to order from their menu because of the poor quality and high price of the food. I have never had any difficulty with service - all staff have been attentive and friendly. I just wish they had a better selection of tastier food at a more reasonable price!

i like their menu items.... pizza are good as well.... have been their handful times and food was good... just little pricy
