Unfortunately in our town, Canadian Tire is the only store of it's class. I still shop there occasionally, but only if I absolutely have to. The products are average, the prices are average, but the customer service is down the dumps. Their return policy is in place, but almost impossible to get a return on some items. Their price matching is hard because half of the time the employees don't believe the customer even with proof of a newspaper. I would just much rather spend my money in a store that is going to treat me with respect. Welcome me to the store. Say hello when I walk up to the till. Don't treat me like a thief watching my every move. Until Canadian Tire chances their customer service policies, I will shop elseware.
