Great Salon!

I enjoy my experience every appointment. Michelle did my full head of blonde highlights and she did a wonderful job. Looks very natural and bright. Patricia did my haircut which turned out great! Highly recommend this salon.

I receive compliments on my hair almost weekly since becoming a regular client of Capucci Salon!! All of their staff are incredibly skilled, professional, and friendly. I've honestly never loved my hair so much!

A few notable mentions:

1. Hanna (colorist) is AMAZING! She has single-handedly transformed my mouse-y brown hair into a ravishing golden brown.

2. Patricia and Michael (stylists) are EXCELLENT. They will cut your hair either exactly as you asked/wanted, OR if you're open/flexible to other ideas they will give you a cut you never thought you could get away with and make it really gorgeous on you.

3. I've never had Vince cut my hair, but he does a TERRIFIC job with my kids' hair (ages 7 & 9). He is very personable and patient!!

4. Liliana is in training but her diligent work and the amazing blow-out she gave me (one day when both my regular stylists were unavailable) is a testament to Capucci's ability to teach and train their staff according to the HIGHEST STANDARDS of hair care and customer service.

5. And their shampoo/conditioner/complimentary head massage is absolute HEAVEN!!!

We are sooo lucky to have Capucci Salon in our little Bloor West Village! This salon clearly rivals if not surpasses (if you account for pricing) anything you find in Yorkville no less.

I am sending this email to provide you with feedback on Barbara service that she provides at the spa.

She is a very knowledgable Medical esthetician, and provides an excellent customer experience. I have been visiting your spa for the past year and have experience excellent results because of Barbara. I have tried other spa's before and never was so pleased with the service. She provides me with recommendations as to different treatments available, and products that will help my skin. I have purchased a few product and are very pleased with them. I have recommended Barbara to many friends.

It is very difficult to hire great staff (I know!) so I want to take the time to tell you that she is excellent!

I will continue visiting your spa to receive the excellent services that Barbara provides.

I was in desperate need to get my roots done and I was able to squeeze into a last minute appointment with Diane. I have a lot of hair and it is highlighted with a base colour, so it's not the quickest application. Thankfully, Diane did a great job. She obviously knows what she's doing because she looked at my hair for only a few moments, yet was able to do a perfect colour match without referencing a colour shade book.

The scalp massage was wonderful too, though it would have been better if the person washing my hair had shorter nails.

Overall I am happy with the results, but I have a few comments about the level of service from the staff. I was left waiting a number of times while there. I waited almost half an hour for my appointment to begin and waited again halfway through my colour for my stylist to do something else for another client. It's not the kind of place where you feel special. That is something they could work on. The person who brought me a glass of water had obviously just come in from a smoke without washing her hands because my water smelled so smoky, I couldn't really drink it. The smell just lingered and lingered...

I would go back to Diane for colour, but I think the salon as a whole needs to step it up a notch. I paid $140 plus tax and tip for my colour. Blowdry not included.

I've been seeing Athena for the past 10 years plus! She is a great colourist and can get the colour that you're looking for. I used to get highlights and now get an all over colour. Regardless of what I ask, the end result is amazing. I highly recommend Athena if you're looking for a salon in west end Toronto.
