Fluff is as the name implies...soft but good quality!!!

I really like the cascades fluff because its really soft. I would buy it again. I like it when my toilet paper is soft. unfortnley a lot of them are rough.

Cascade Fluff is a very soft bathroom tissue but amazingly is strong at the same time. It will be pleasant to use. I am always sticking to this brand from now on!
