Not on a busy day

Loved this place! My daughter is only a toddler and I enjoyed that they had activities that she could do while still being so young. The food was amazing and the bathrooms are nice and clean. I would not recommend going here on a busy day though. The kids are wild. The ball pit had a sign that said 5 years old and younger, but there were kids who were clearly older than 5 in the pit. I felt really bad for my daughter. Her eyes lit up as soon as she saw the ball pit. After a while, I wouldn’t let her play in it anymore because they kids were too wild. And the staff didn’t seem to do anything about the kids who were too old to be in there. My daughter was pushed down, pulled by her hoodie and had balls thrown at her (on purpose). Kind of sad the the other parents weren’t even monitoring their kids behaviors. Their noses were stuck in a cell phone.
