Pretty good

I had heard good things about this company, so decided to try. They have an excellent selection of menu options, types of food ( vegan, gluten friendly .. and also have side options as well ( 2 pack of steak, desserts, salads ). You pick how often you want, and for how many people. Recipe / cooking cards are easy to follow, always fresh ingredients. Only con is sometimes they send the wrong ingredients for what I’m making. With the costs of food now, it’s a wallet friendly alternative.

Fresh products

We ordered the chefs plate last week and the food taste good! The products were very fresh and well packed. The only thing we miss is the seasoning. Most part of the dishes recommended to use salt and pepper, they didn’t have any special seasoning. We have ordered different brands and they all come with different blends of seasoning. It is good but not extraordinary!

Best Value Meal Delivery

The delivery portion and the instructions and package are well put together. Price is much better than other delivery meal boxes. Some of the recipes are hit and miss. A couple of the meal combinations were terrible and the spice mix and some sauces tasted very salty and fake. Many of the 15 minutes meals have ingredients that are already cooked. The 15 minute meals are subpar to the rest of the kits with this subscription. Like fully cooked rice that is mushy glutinous mess. Best meals so far have been the fish and taco recipes.

Love this when I get home and have to cook something quick

Tried out chefs plate when a friend gave me a discount code for 3 free plates which in my case gave me 50% off! Shipping was fast, there was a decent amount of options to choose from and the recipes were quite easy to make with everything being pre portioned (spices/sauces).
And I love that it gives step by step directions with pictures but also gives the quantities of each ingredient used so if it was somwthing you liked you can go out and by the things you need from the store to recreate it perfectly!

Decent food, but great customer

I've gotten chefs ate twice so far. The first time was great! I enjoyed the food and it was really easy to make. This last week I ordered and they sent me the wrong bag of ingredients with the proper fish for the intended meal. Customer service was great and credited me with two free meals. The food tastes meh, I usually add my own seasoning, and it's very very small for the 2 people portion. But i would recommend it if your house isnt full of big eaters!
