This is the worst place in Toronto. You are better off getting a Loblaws cake. I ordered a cake three weeks in advance and two days before the event they told me they were going to charge me a lot more (even though i had confirmed all the details, including price, over email and phone) or else they wouldn't make me the cake. I don't like blackmail and so I would avoid this unscrupulous business and recommend you do as well!

Ok chocolate lovers...this place is nummy! Chocolatease opened not too long ago in the Yonge & Eglinton area (north of Eglinton on Yonge on the East side (2489 Yonge Street) 416-916-6301. I went into this store with a girlfriend of mine because it looked so cute from the outside. We were pleasantly impressed with their products inside. They have many handmade truffles/chocolates, ice cream, candy and cakes. The chocolate is made on site by an in-house chocolatier and it is divine. I also had the pleasure of trying their apple cake...I cannot remember the exact name of it but it was light and every bit delicious...make with apples, and other ingredients soaked in apple juice, it was YUMMY. You would think that the cake would be heavy but it was light and delicious and amazing. I would definitely check this place out next time you are in the Yonge/Eglinton area.
