Best spot for cheaper grocery groceries in HRM

I love shopping at Chops. The store is located in Burnside park. They have a huge assortment of meats, veggies and frozen items as well as other miscellaneous grocery items. I love shopping for produce here because the majority of it is local and package free. I can walk out of chops with a weeks worth of groceries for $30
