There wasn't really a category for banking.. However, this CIBC branch is the worst branch I've been to. The manager is constantly yelling at her employees & the employees just look Miserable. Very unpleasant going into this branch.It was so annoying having someone serve you with an attitude..so i took my business elsewhere.
