I really enjoy shopping with Clearly Contacts. They use an interactive site where you can see their products from different angles and also on a real life model. They have detailed measurements and information on each individual pair of glasses. Their site is very user friendly and I found the order process to be smooth and painless.

I love clearlycontacts.ca and how convenient and user friendly it is. Just plug in your prescription, billing & shipping information and that's it! There was one incident where my contacts must have gotten lost in the mail so I called and they rushed me a new shipment in 24 hours!

I have stuck to purchasing my glasses from clearly contacts alone, their prices can't be beat and their customer service is top notch. When purchasing glasses online it could be a bit intimidating as you can't try it on yourself however, clearly offers free exchange and returns so even if you get them and are unsatsified you can send them right back with no added charge. Clearly also has a huge selection of designers and brands to choose from.

Everywhere I went on the net I would see adds for Clearly Contacts (Now known as Clearly). The one that caught my eye the most was the 1st pair free adds. I always wondered if this was actually true and I was Clearly….Skeptical.

My Husband was getting ready to go away to a new job and he needed new glasses badly. So I decided to give it a try. Nothing to loose with free glasses right?!

I placed the order for his frames and lenses, and just had to pay shipping which was just over $17.00. I was super impressed, the last time I purchased glasses for either of us it cost me over $200.00. So I placed the order and waited for them to arrive. They ended up bumping our delivery to a faster service, so I never had to wait long.

When they arrived, they came right to my door, and were safely packaged. They came with Cleaner, cleaning cloth and an eyeglass screwdriver for quick fixes. Nice bonus’ for free glasses.

With ordering them off the internet my husband was not able to try them on. This worried me a little. We were able to upload a picture and try the glasses on virtually. I however was still a little concerned. But I need not to have been because the glasses fit perfectly.

I was so impressed with the service I received from Clearly Contacts that I went on to order my own glasses from them. I choose a pair of Skechers brand glasses. For my glasses and shipping I paid around $60.00.

I am super impressed with the prices, you can search from lowest to highest price. They have a great selection of frames to choose from and they carry many brand name frames. The speed in which my order was processed was wonderful, they send emails to let you know they are shipped. Above all else the customer service I received was wonderful, if you have questions they were more then happy to answer your questions and requests. You can contact customer service by phone or online through their website chat, which was very convenient for me.

I have went on to recommend Clearly Contacts many many times, to friends, family, coworkers and even strangers. I give them 2 thumbs up, and I will definitely be using their services in the very near future.

I've used Clearlycontacts.ca for about 10 years now and I couldn't be more satisfied. It's really opened my eyes to the profit most stores actually make (like, 75% markup)...gross. I get my eye exam every 3-4 years, ask that they measure my pupil distance (PD for those of you used to the site) and order what I want. I haven't returned anything yet and they carry some pretty awesome styles for my small head and face (which used to be quite a problem to find something cool in the Adult section of most stores).As for the contacts, I've ordered Acuvue Oasys for a fraction of what it would normally cost and will never go back to buying from the opticians.

I've purchased five pairs of glasses from clearlycontacts.ca, and I've returned one pair. Their customer service is great, and they offer free returns. All you do is send them back (in original condition) and it takes about ten days to get your refund. They have great selection and great sizing tools to help you choose the best fit for you. I am always happy with the product that I receive, and they are always within tolerance on the prescription. I have only a few small complaints, which seem to get resolved the more the company grows.

1. The PD tool is not always the best, you're almost always smaller than what you think. If your script doesn't have a PD on it, the best thing to do is use a tape measure instead of the print out they have. I was actually two mm smaller than the first pair I purchased.

2. I purchased lenses with the kodak blue filter coating, and while it works, you can actually see that the coating was put on unevenly and it looks streaky on my lenses. it definitely makes a difference, and It doesn't bother me enough to have complained, but it looks like there was a defect in how they were coated that was missed.

3. If you don't live near one of the two stores, getting your glasses adjusted can be a pain. I don't feel comfortable going to a retailer with the glasses I purchased online to get them fit, especially considering it is an optician who will be fitting them for you and it is kind of a slap in the face that you can make their job unnecessary by ordering online. Most opticians would be offended to see you bringing in glasses from a retailer that causes their job to become obsolete. Metal frames are not so hard to bend, but plastics are a huge pain and you risk breaking them if you try and use heat on them yourself, not to mention possibly crazing your lenses.

Overall, I would order from them over and over. They continue to get new, fun, and edgy designs at prices that can't compete with mall retailers, especially when they have sales and promotions. I wouldn't really recommend using it for progressive lenses, only because without an optician, it is hard to get an accurate segmentation measurement, so I can see there being a lot of issues with them, but if you have single vision, have at it.

I have ordered several pairs of glasses and contacts from Clearly Contacts. I have always been satisfied. The glasses are MUCH less expensive than I would pay at a local optometrist - and even better pricing than Costco! I purchased during a sale - and I bought two pairs of glasses for less than I would normally pay for one.
In total I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses and countless orders of contacts. Always satisfied.

I ordered contacts from here. They were more expensive than what I usually pay but they arrived in a short time and they were what I wanted. Can't complain.
