Ok so this place is a joke and I agree that they are writing their own reviews in various place on the web as I cannot find a single one of my tanning buddies that had a positive experience here.

Joanne and Jen (the new owners) are obviously struggling with this business financially, I had booked a 1 hour infrared sauna session and was back in my car and cleaned up in exactly 42 minutes as i was rushed and cut short by the staff, clearly trying to mazimize clientele.

Terrible customer service when I tried to mention I had purchased an hour and it was only 35 minutes the lady raised her voice and told me that she had been timing me since i entered the sauna and it had been exactly 60 minutes, now keep in mind it had not even been 45 minutes since i entered the building!! She was very rude and keep kocking for me to exit, so i did.

Then she had the balls the pressure the hell of me to purchase a monthy plan for the sauna at a whopping 85 plus tax when spanish sol does the same for 67 including tax.

THE MOST PRESSING ISSUE OF ALL IS THE LACK OF SANITATION, the sauna is made of wood and you sit there naked and every other place in town has a plastic insert to cover the wood portion and to make the area sanitary, WELL THEY DONT AND YOU CANNOT SANITIZE WOOD WITHOUT SANDING IT DOWN, IF THEY DONT CLEAN THE SAUNA OR THE GENERAL RECEPTION AREA I DOUBT THEY ARE RIGID ABOUT SANITIZATION IN THE TANNING BEDS!!! Things such as athletes foot and stds are transmitted this way!!! RUN FAR AWAY TO MUCH CLEANER AND CHEAPER PLACES WITH MUCH NICER LADIES!!!!

Just because you can buy a super cheap deal from island daily deals basically showing how much they are struggling it isnt worth it
