Showed up for appointment. Was told they called to tell me there was a 45 minute wait. Called 2 minutes before my appointment. I didn't look at my cell, as I was already in parking lot. I was dropped off. Had to wait on st for pick up for 15 min. I called 20 minutes later to see if I could come back a little earlier, abruptly, my appointment was canceled. I explained I had a gala dinner. Didn't seem to care. Stylist never called me back at any point. Insulted and hurt. Rude service. Lost my business.
