The experience was TERRIBLE!!! Had flowers sent to me and first the delivery driver got lost and called me upset and ranting that he couldn't find the place, like it was my fault. I then called the office asking to speak to a manager and they took my name and number. When I asked for a name of the person that would be calling me back they refused to give me one then hung up on me. Surprise... they still have not called me back.

In the mean time the flowers lasted less than 1 day and look totally disgusting after 3 days. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL BE POSTING ON AS MANY SITES AS POSSIBLE TO ENSURE NO ONE ELSE HAS TO ENDURE THIS TYPE OF SERVICE OR PRODUCT EITHER!

STAY AWAY from Creations from the Heart.... they are HEARTLESS!!!
