This front, so called flower shop does not even deserve a rating! i recieved flowers from this junk place today. the lily bulbs were broken, the floweres were wilted and the arrangement was horrible.It was even close to what ws initially ordered. I called the the phone number all day, in hopes they would satisy the purchase that was sent to me for valentines. they never answered the phone. i went there after work and the lady cursed me out, callled me racist names (the N word) and told me i wasnt getting the money back and she didnt give a damn! I asked for the manager. She and some other idiot stated the manager was gone and they didnt want to be bothered. I have ever never experienced anything like i did today in my entire life. ***********. Their product is below standards. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR IF TELEFLORA ASSIGNS THEM YOUR ORDER. I AM FILING A CLAIM AGAINST THESE INGRATES! THEY MOVED FROM THE BOLSOVER ADDRESS TO AN ADDRESS ON INTERCHANGE BLVD, ZIP CODE 77054.
